Have them come out every year to service furnace and central air. They are fairly priced and professional.

Before I get to my complaint I would like to say they were friendly, arrived on time and Work done properly. Now for the bad. They sent 2 people to do the work. 95 percent of the work was done by 1 guy while the other stood by watching. They billed me labor for 2 guys and when I called to complain they said they talked to the watching guy who said he held a pipe on the other side of the wall. The only thing I seen guy #2 do was check for leaks after repaired while the main guy wrote up the bill. I felt taken advantage of and will not use them for any future services.

The guys that were sent out were great from start to finish in our new home. They were polite, on time and honestly hilarious while singing in the basement. They made sure everything was done right. Will highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great work!

I highly recommend Sims Heating and Cooling and will only be using Sims from here on out! After years of getting conflicting information on our furnace, we finally got answers with Sims and were able to get a new furnace installed within 3 days to keep our family safe and get our heat back on. Trey was the technician who diagnosed the issue and provided us with options ranging from replacing a part to purchasing a new system. He explained everything thoroughly and ensured that we would not continue to use the system that was creating a potentially dangerous environment. His help and promptness are much appreciated! Jill was great to work with while we figured out next steps and once we decided to go with a new furnace, John reached out that evening and offered to bring space heaters to our home. Jason and the team were out right away and did a great job with install while navigating toddlers and barking dogs. Now we have a new furnace that is safe for our family!
