Made an appointment they said they would be there between 330 and 630 o’clock we got a little concern at 530 they assured us that the technician would be there .7 o’clock came n9 one came we called answering service said we’ll get ahold of them and call you back . nobody calls back we call again. They tell us that the service man has been into an accident is not going be able to make it. as I call in the meantime we get a call 50 minutes later from the company to tell us that the service man is sick so I asked what is it is he sick or was he an accident so we were really upset because we canceled some other technician because they assured us that they were coming and this was an emergency.
