I had to use this company, as they were assigned to me from Home Depot. It seems to be a one-man team, he came to my house didn’t complete the service and left before letting me know (I thought he was coming back inside). When I called him back to find out where he was, he was it was fixed (the issue was not) and that he had another job and would try to get me back on the schedule. He never called, but I called and left messages for the next three days. Then I got a notification from American Homeshield that closed my ticket. So I called American Homeshield back and so they reopened the ticket as a recall, meaning he would get paid again for coming back out. The issue still wasn’t fixed by him, so I feel like he did it on purpose by getting paid twice for not doing anything.

Great experience! Had an issue with our kitchen outlets and needed a fuse replaced. Swift Electric was easy to communicate with, they were on time, gave a quote and stuck to it, had the issue resolved within 2 hours including having them go get the part that was needed from Home Depot. They also explained the issue and I felt really confident in what they were doing. Will definitely use them again for our electrical needs.
