This company gave a very reasonable proposal to retrofit our home with a series of minisplits, including a difficult routing of lines through our attic and walls. They stuck to their proposal and have offered great. Follow-up service whenever needed!

Bainbridge H&A is a top-notch outfit. The quote they provided me was slightly higher than a competitor, but they gave me a better product and, I feel, better service. The outfit was professional from start to finish. From the quote to installation, I felt like the communication, and technical expertise was second to none. They have my strongest recommendation for any HVAC job.

Curt Carlisle rudely declined a request for quote and any further involvement because I asked if they would do duct and line-set work on customer-supplied equipment. I’m not upset about that last part, I don’t blame him, but I am upset about him declining to quote a standard install of a system of their choice.

Outstanding Company with an owner that really takes to heart, not only his friends, family, and customers. He takes care of those that might not be able to afford but really deserve the help with their comfort needs. We were one of Kurt’s earliest customers and have used their services almost from the day he started his new business here. He has installed a new furnace for us and does our yearly maintenance for our heat pump and furnace. His technicians are always on time, efficient and friendly. We had a vibration noise problem and Kurt solved it immediately. This is a local business which you can count on to do the job right.

We had two previous bids for installing AC, but the day Curt came out and took his time explaining everything (including answering a question about my fireplace that had nothing to do with any of it!) we knew we would go with Bainbridge Heating and Air. He’s local, professional, considerate and really knows his stuff.the installers were wonderful and made sure every detail was taken care of. They even came back to touch up ceiling paint. We are so happy with their work and love the AC!

Curt and his team were prompt, professional, and kind. They did a great job of installing our heat pump and getting us AC just in time for the last heat wave. Can’t recommend Bainbridge Heating And Air enough.
