Had OnCall rewire my entire house. Over the weekend we had to turn a breaker off and when we went to turn it back on it started sparking. We have to leave this breaker turned off (which was the power source for basically our entire kitchen) until they can come out which is an entire week from now. This is considered an emergency since it can cause a fire and they won’t make it a priority. It is also their responsibility to make this right since we had them rewire our house to make it SAFE. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Our house desperately needed an electrical update so I asked my neighbors who they recommended and several mentioned On Call Electric. I called Kaela and she was my contact person through the whole process. She really knows what she’s doing and helped me stay calm through this complicated process. I can’t thank her enough for her fast responses and knowledge. Kaela sent out Jason to give me a quote and when the work started he brought Mike. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They were friendly and dealt with my little house’s problems and limitations without complaint. The cats were crazy about Mike and they don’t like everyone they meet. They installed a new mast, a much larger circuit breaker box, an electrical vehicle charger, lots of smoke alarms, a new supply for a central air conditioner compressor, and loads of new outlets all over the house and a few outlets outside. It took a while (mostly the fault of GA Power taking forever to come over to switch over the power supply to the new mast) but they made it as painless as possible. Everything seems to be working really well. I will definitely use them again!

Great experience with On Call Electric! They fit me in very quick when other companies were booking out several weeks. Their electrician was kind, fast, and did great work. We were very pleased and will definitely be calling them again with any electrical needs!

Finally. A reliable, knowledgeable, affordable and down to earth electrician. Max from On Call helped problem-solve and fix an issue that my handyman couldn’t (after two visits). In addition, Max worked out a plan for some future bigger work that I have been putting off as I didn’t feel confident in companies who provided prior bids. What a relief! Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience with OnCall, it was my first time using their service. They responded quickly, set up an appointment and then called to ask if they could come slightly early. When does that happen! Max and Cory showed up, good guys and very professional. Their recommendation to solve my problem was far better than what I was thinking and their solution met code. I will definitely use OnCall again and suggest you do the same.

Max was thorough and worked quickly to determine my problem and install a new LED overhead light my Kitchen. Price was very reasonable and I would employ On Call Electric again for any electrical problems.

Please fire the person driving the truck this morning with the license plate RJR 3660. He or she is a completely reckless driver, which is about the dumbest thing you can do when the name of your company and the phone number are written large as life on the back of your truck. If that’s the kind of person representing your business, you need to fire them. I certainly wouldn’t be eager to use your services after that. When I’m already going 60 miles per hour in a 55 zone for him to be tailgating me so closely is reckless, rude, and quite frankly a pathetic display of testosterone that is constantly leading to crashes on our roads. I wouldn’t want somebody like that representing my business.

I used On Call to review to fix some of the higher priority issues on my new home based on the inspection report. They were able to provide me a quick and thorough quote. The technicians were timely and did a great job working through all of our issues.
