First time using this company. Getting a quote was easy; I just sent in some pictures and gave a short description of what I wanted, and they could return a quote remotely and quickly. The electricians were both very professional when they came to do the work. They walked me through what they were going to do and checked with me before doing anything that required additional time or cost. No upselling or pressure, though! Just straightforward and clear explanations. All the work was completed in half-day, just as they estimated for the quote. I couldn’t’ve asked for a better installation experience!

I am not sure what’s going on here, but I did not get Edison electricians, I got a lady saying it was Electrical Pros and they were going to get someone to contact me . Last week it got the same and it was Home Advisor. I got a call from an electrician who was going to charge $50 for the drive out and waive it if I gave them the job. This time i got the same speech, ‘no one is available to take the speak to you now but they’ll call you as soon as they can’ …. wow.

This company isn’t choosy with customers and projects. They’ll accept big or small projects for as long as their electricians are available to do the job. I really appreciate that neutrality. When I called to request an electrical switch replacement, I actually thought they will turn it down. Instead, they were more than happy to help! The best contractor in the biz!
