I had an outstanding experience with the electrician service. The communication was excellent – they clearly explained what needed to be done and completed the job quickly – my electrical issue was resolved the same day. The results were superb. I was impressed with the customer service – the detailed inspection results on their website was an excellent feature. The convenient after-hours pick-up system involving a key drop and a lock-box was a fantastic touch. It’s surprising to me that other electrician services in Atlanta don’t offer this. Gabriel was both friendly and professional, he was respectful and not at all patronizing (which unfortunately, isn’t always the case with other services), and I believe he did a wonderful job. I’ll certainly be returning for any future electrical work!
