I called Crown Electric late one night, thinking I would leave a message about a pretty minor problem, and he not only picked up the phone, but he was able to resolve my problem over the phone by stepping me through a couple of easy checkpoints. Excellent customer service! Had a situation where SOMEONE (me) didn’t verify that the power connection was correct before ordering a new range. The office was very responsive and promptly handled our service call.
