refused to offload our truck that was scheduled to deliver a partial load of plastic pipe on a flat bed on a Friday afternoon. Their receiving hours are only till 2:30 PM and our driver was 15 min late for that cutoff, even though the company is open till 4 or 5 PM according to their online hours. Not to mention that our truck had to deliver in the morning to another location of Werner Electric in Waukesha WI, after running over 900 miles for a next day delivery!

First time here to deliver and the staff is very friendly and quick to get me in a dock door and immediately started unloading the trailer. I’m looking forward to deliver here again

Do not come here with a flatbed load. I arrived at 8 am on 5/3/22 to unload. I am finally unloaded at 12:30 pm. Thank you so much waisting my day. Your business is the exact reason there Supply Chain issues.

Horrible place to work. Terribly mismanaged. Overpriced products. Safety is of zero concern for employee’s. Equipment used for order picking cannot complete the task required. Management is not held accountable for mistakes made, employee’s treated expendable always.
