EC deserves zero stars. It left it’s name and number on a label after completing electrical work on my pool equipment. I called EC to come out and diagnose an electrical issue relating to the work it did. When I called, it wasn’t even clear if I had the right number, as the person answered “this is Joey”. After confirming I had the right number, the employee spent more time convincing me the issue was not electrical, despite me explaining why it was, and less time actually listening to the description of the issue. Clearly, this person was not interested in problem solving so I asked him if EC can come out and look at the problem or if I should call a competitor. EC told me to call someone else. So I did. I hung up the phone and called Sunrise Electric, spoke with a solution-oriented technician, described the problem and we diagnosed the issue over the phone. Service call being completed in two days. EC, immediately defaulted to “we can’t help you”. Disgraceful service. I suggest EC take customer-service lessons from its competitors.

Outstanding company from the first phone call to the in person estimate to installation and crew. Highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of electrical work. They will be my go-to from this point forward. They deliver excellent service and top quality work.
