I was told there was $125 charge for them to come out. Then they wanted to charge me $950 for an easy 20 min job. Luis only charged me $95 and said he would ask for a price reduction. I paid him $100 & he drove off without giving me a receipt. Now, I have a bill for $95! STAY AWAY FROM CHEATERS!

Haley Mechanical installed a new HVAC system and a water heater in my condo. Even though it was an extremely difficult task due to the space available in my utility room, the service was beyond amazing. I am extremely satisfied with the equipment and installation. The technicians were very polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. They waited that I came back from work to walk me through what was done and explained me everything in terms that I could understand. I would absolutely recommend them and Haley Mechanical to anyone that’s looking for HVAC and water heater work. The service and the technicians are top-notch.

Haley Mechanical installed a new AC unit in my apartment on Friday. They could not get it to work. The tech gave me the owner’s number. Texted him. He said he would be out the next day. No one showed. Not to be trusted.

Dustin Meier was just here for our electrical inspection for our Generac. Dustin was thorough as always. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I feel very confident in his expertise as an electrician.

Had them install an HVAC system for me. It was an absolute comedy of errors. Some of the installers were nice though, so there’s that.

I can’t remember if Joseph K works at this office or the one in Dexter, but I cannot recommend him enough! Best tech I’ve ever met. Kind, capable, and so, so knowledgeable. Answered all my questions with a smile!
