We were told by One Stop we had pin holes in our heat exchange and our blower motor was going bad on our furnace. Also that we needed repairs on our air conditioner. A friend had a great experience with Gunther’s and told me to call them. They came out for a no charge 2nd opinion and found no pin holes in the heat exchange and that the blower motor was fine. They did a $143 repair on the air conditioner that One Stop quoted more than double the price. The moral to this story is call Gunther’s for any HVAC needs if you want honesty. We didn’t need to spend $7k on a new furnace or even repair anything on it.

They have qualified professional techs and the office staff is very accommodating when we run into issues, break downs and just maintaining quarterly maintenance schedules.
