My condenser went out and was replaced by another company. However, the AC stopped cooling the house one week after installation. It was constantly running and blowing hot air. It took nearly two weeks to get the system to cool without it failing, but it ran constantly and never made it to the set temperature. Oh, there’s more to add, but I’ll move on. So, I called Atlas for a maintenance check since it was clear something was still wrong with the AC. Atlas pointed out several things I already knew and some things I didn’t know. The most important thing was that the condenser was incorrect for the internal unit, which is why it never worked after installation. Atlas made it all right. Levi, Julian, and Jacob were great, very professional, and very friendly gentlemen. They were very efficient and thorough, and the final results reflect this. I appreciate all the hard work each of them did.

Not one Generac certified dealer in the Lafayette Parish area would come out to give me a quote or do an installation. Generac contacted Atlas Home Services out of Alexandria, La. From the quote to install was painless for me because how professional their representatives are. Atlas Home Service came out and installed my Generac 22kw generator. The team of Levi, Jerimiah, and Marcus arrived on time and immediately began working on the install. All three of these young men were very professional, polite, and respectful. Levi explained everything to me step by step and showed me what I needed to do. I can honestly say my home was in good capable hands. These guys treated my home as if it was theirs. If you need a generator or AC work I highly recommend Atlas Home Service. Thank you for coming out and installing it for me.

Atlas home service is fantastic. I needed a complete AC unit and duct work redo on a home I purchased. The owner, Keith, gave me a quote and had his guys out there installing the very next day. He was very involved in the process and making sure it was a quality job until it was wrapped up. I would highly recommend. Keith is a gentleman and has an outstanding knowledge of his craft.

Mr. Keith with Atlas Home Services was amazingly professional. He arrived in the designated time frame. He quickly resolved our issue to get us back on track. Keith made sure our issues were clear to us and actually made us feel relieved! We would definitely recommend Atlas Home Services to others for any AC/electrical concerns.

I do like that they were able to come out and fix my AC quickly. I would have been happy to pay 150 to have them do it. We actually discussed them charging 150 since it was on a weekend for them to fix it and not charging anything else due to them fixing the exact same thing 3 weeks ago and it still being under warranty. They said that they would not even charge the 150 if it was a Monday through Friday, since it was still under warranty. Then when they got done fixing it, I sent the my payment details. They then responded that they were not going to charge anything this time due to not having the part to correctly fix the problem and what they did was a temporary fix. The next day a different person called me telling me that I still needed to pay the 150 dollars. I do not like the poor communication.
