Our AC went out recently on one of those wickedly hot days. I struck gold when I called ClimateMax. Tim was at the house within half an hour and had the unit running in <15 minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what to check first, and replaced only what was actually needed, nothing more. All this was on a Saturday morning for a very reasonable price. Salvaged my weekend so I could still hit the lake. I will not use any other company in the future.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by ClimateMax Heating and Cooling. My business recently hired them to address issues with our air conditioning system, and the entire experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. From the outset, ClimateMax seemed more interested in upselling us on expensive, unnecessary services rather than accurately diagnosing and fixing the actual problem. They provided misleading information, insisting that multiple high-cost repairs and replacements were urgently required. Trusting their supposed expertise, we authorized the recommended work, which ended up costing our business a significant amount of money. After the work was completed, the issues with our air conditioning system persisted. Seeking a second opinion from another contractor, we discovered that most of the repairs and replacements suggested by ClimateMax were completely unnecessary. This revelation was both shocking and infuriating, as it was clear that we had been misled and overcharged. The lack of integrity and transparency demonstrated by ClimateMax is appalling. Their practices appear deceitful and exploitative, prioritizing profit over providing honest, effective service. Additionally, their customer service was unresponsive and dismissive when we attempted to address our concerns and question the charges. It was evident that they had little interest in rectifying their mistakes or maintaining customer trust. I strongly advise other businesses to be extremely cautious and to seek a second opinion before engaging with this contractor. Their business practices are untrustworthy, and they do not seem to value their customers or provide the reliable service one would expect. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reputable and honest air conditioning service provider.

Great company to do business with. They installed a new unit in my home complete with new duct work and added more registers. The work was excellent, pricing very competitive, and the employes were very professional. When they say they are going to be there at a certain time, you can count on it. Huge shout out to Tim, Corey, Landon, Caleb, and his assistant. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

I called at 8:05 in the morning with my heat pump having issues. They had a tech at my house around 9:30 am. Landon was communicative and helpful during the process. He diagnosed the problem and had our heat running better than it has in years. I highly recommend Climate Max. They are fast, professional and affordable.
