I am so impressed with the response level and manner in which Derrick and his crew conduct their business. We have used them for years for our residential needs, and this week we had to use them for our business location as well. We are contracted to use another local company and our AC went out this week in our busy commercial kitchen. When the contracted folks told us we would have to wait nearly 2 weeks just to look at it, Derrick responded the same day, and I didn’t call until 4:30pm! And by the next day he had the part we needed, installed it in minutes, and the place was cooled in no time. No work time lost and a genuinely happy customer with one less thing to contend with on the weekend before a holiday! Thank you Efficient for your professionalism and sense of urgency for our needs!! You are the best!

Didn’t show up for my appointment. No call, the gentleman was friendly on the phone but I have family plans that were delayed because I’m waiting around for them. Need to have someone doing scheduling.

Called these guys at 11am they were at my place at 2:30. My AC was fixed shortly after. Raymond was professional friendly and informative. I felt the Pricing was extremely fair. I will be a customer for a long time.
