Water Tight Plumbing & Sewer exceeded all my expectations. I had a sewer line that needed to be replaced along with a sump pump installation that was not initially done correctly. Steve was very professional and very easy to work with, I was in another state and Steve made all accommodations to ensure that the work would be done correctly and provided constant communication along with photos of the work being done. I would definitely recommend Water Tight Plumbing & Sewer for all plumbing and sewer needs. Thank you again Steve for the outstanding work!

I called Water Tight Plumbing on a Monday to have both of my outside faucets repaired. Steve came by Tuesday morning to look at project and within a few hours both faucets were replaced. They were very professional and did an amazing job. They were respectful of my home on the inside and outside areas in which they needed access to and cleaned up after they were done. Will definitely use again for any plumbing issues.

Water Tight Plumbing (Steve owner) and crew are absolutely fabulous. Exceptional service!!! Honest, caring, and VERY knowledgeable! If I could give more stars I would!!! They went out of their way to help us with an emergency (flooded basement) on the weekend!!! Steve was so kind and he taught me things about plumbing that I had no idea about!!! So very fortunate to have found this plumbing company and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing service!!!!!!!!! Once again thank you so much Steve & son !!!!!!

I’ve been in my new house for two years now, and had two plumbing issues of which this one in particular was a surprise as I found out Tuesday morning with the puddle in my basement. The Puddle was underneath the water main and my top notch water treatment system that I just had installed last summer. My home warranty company selected Water Tight as my provider, Great decision. Wednesday, I got a call from Steve, he was in route to my house, arriving roughly 10 minutes later. I explained the problem as we walked down to the basement and then from that point, it’s all professional skill from an engineer who knows his trade very well. Steve ascertained the problem, walked me through the problem and solution and told me exactly how long It would take to complete. He also gave me a bit of education on the plumbing at my house (this I really appreciated). Roughly 15 minutes later, job complete, Steve was done. I was like wow, that was quick. Water Tight has a real quality team of professionals who know their business, deliver what they say. I highly recommend Water Tight for their effective and efficient use of time to resolve any plumbing issue you may have.
