I contacted AP because my rental company makes me go through their referrals. Anyways, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. My garage was flooding because one of the compression valves for the washer hook up blew off the copper pipe when I unhooked the washer. I had to shut off the water of course so this was clearly an emergency since I have 4 children. Well, I was told “not saying this is your fault, but this is something the rental company will likely charge YOU for since it is a compression valve.”. It was about 9pm, so I’m sure that’s the last thing he wanted to deal with. Why the heck would this be my fault?! Anyways, luckily I didn’t need them. I was just trying to do what the rental company said because I got in trouble for having my Dad fix things at my residence. I told AP to not come after their horrible customer service. My Dad fixed it and said this was definitely the fault of the plumber as they didn’t use the proper fittings for the valve. AP was just lazy in my opinion.

I called Friday for service and was told they were busy all day but if they couldn’t make it they’d come out the next day! Well, here it is Saturday at 7:07 PM and they haven’t called or responded to the message I left on their answering machine. I will never call them again.

two appointments two no show and not even a phone call. when I called the owner jerry he told me to go look somewhere else. always blame the customer especially when you re not professional. unfortunately zero star is not available to post a review.

I have nothing good to say about this company. They installed a new water heater in our home and the overflow valve immediately started leaking. They came back out and replaced the regulator at the street and the valve on top of the heater. Still leaked. Called them back 4 times and they would not return our calls. Brought in Gilson’s Plumbing, turns out that they crossed the hot and cold lines at the top of the water heater, and used a nipple intended for a gas line to replace the valve on top of the heater. It was only 4 months ago but the nipple had rusted completely through. I wouldn’t trust these guys to walk my dog.

Pete came out to my home that I just purchased. He was friendly and professional. He saved my life too. The house water pressure was 150psi. He came out right away (no extra charge for a emergency call). Had it fixed in No time. Thanks Pete, and will see ya soon for a few other things I don’t want to tackle.

I can’t say one good thing about this company. A worker showed up to our house unannounced do to a “routine inspection” that our rental company had scheduled (but after calling our rental company they said they had no idea he was going to come). My spouse was asleep after working a 24 hour shift. He rang the door bell multiple times till my spouse answered the door. He was informed it wasn’t a good time but insisted he HAD to do it then and we didn’t have a choice. Obviously upset my spouse exclaimed how unprofessional the situation was and he began to curse and yell in our home!! I’m still in shock at how horrible our experience was with them.
