Competent, friendly plumber, reasonably priced. Receptionist needs to enter customer phone numbers into the system ASAP. Service person knocked and left card on the door, but I was vacuuming and did not hear his knock. Had my phone with me awaiting his call, but he didn’t have my number. Also realized I forgot to give her the unit letter for my townhome when I made the appt. She should have called me, period.

AJ Alberts Plumbing is always there when I need them! My kitchen faucet sprung a leak and I needed a whole new faucet. They had a beautiful new Delta in their truck that worked perfectly with my kitchen! Thank you for saving me the trouble of finding a faucet!

We had issue with our kitchen and laundry pipes and the technician Tyler S did great job to fix them. They are on time and taking care of you as soon as they have open schedule. I recommend AJ Albert’s to everyone.

Terrible experience. Extremely unprofessional crew and incompetent office staff. Have used them before and was pleased, but things have definitely changed in a year’s time. This time, after being unable to complete the work on the day of the service call visit, they made me schedule a date to come back out. That’s inconvenient, but understandable they had to collect parts.Then they cancelled that visit nearly 90 minutes into my 2 hour window claiming the plumber called in sick. Where was my notification at the start of the time frame?! Then the best the office could do was reschedule me 10 days out, so I took off another day of work to be home to let them in. Again, ten minutes before my window of arrival expired the office called to tell me they had “an emergency” wanting to reschedule me again for the 3rd time. So rude, and a terrible way to do business. Do not recommend as your work won’t get done in a timely manner and clearly they only care about double booking their schedules and pushing people out down the line. Ridiculous!
