I am no plumber, but I will do very small jobs around the house . I have to say after searching for a part for my shower no one seemed to really care except Powell pluming. After working with Jessaca and Kevin Powell they They went up above and beyond with customer support. Powell Pluming will be earning all of my business in the near future.

Unprofessional and slow. Didn’t show up when they said they would and took two months for what they told me would be a 3 day job. When they did come to the house, they’d sit in their truck scrolling on their phone instead of working for hours. I use a different plumber now who gives me a better “advantage”

When I moved to this area They actually were one of the only people that answered their phone when I was looking for services, I had a great appointment and they arrived on time, I told them about my problem I knew it was an extensive job And could cost me a lot of money,Nobody Ever called me They pretty much ran out of here. I see they have rave reviews, I hope people at least listen to mine. People like this do not belong in business. If they didn’t want to do the work, Then they should have at least called and told me , that would have been professional If they were professional I probably could have kept them busy with me all Winter So so sad
