I had a full basement plumbing and heating. The experts at Polar Bear are not just great at their job, they are helpful, doing what needs to be done even when it means making adjustments. They are VERY pleasant and easy to work with. They come on time and work cleanly leaving no mess behind. At the office they crew works with you to solve problems and schedule within a time frame that works for you. At Polar Bear you feel like they are friends working with you to solve your problems. Everyone at Polar Bear Plumbing Heating and Air was amazing to work with. Their team showed great communication, compassion about our issue, and went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. Before using Polar Bear, we had our new AC unit go out that was purchased through a different local contractor. Unfortunately, the contractor we hired could not get it to function properly which caused us to have no AC for almost two weeks while taking care of our newborn and three dogs during the hottest point of the summer. I called Polar bear and they were able to come out the same day, diagnose the issue, and resolve it by the following morning. I would recommend them over and over again hands down. I can’t thank them enough for helping us out during this difficult time and we will always use them in the future. Don’t bother searching other companies, this family owned business will be the best service you find!
