Set up an appointment to have our septic tank pumped, they said they’d be here before 8 and 12. At 1:00 we called them and were told there was a problem with their equipment, but they would be out the next day. The next day came and went and they no-showed. It’s understandable that businesses run into issues, but not calling and updating customers who have scheduled appointments is unacceptable. Bad business.

After many calls to other Septic Companies before Memorial Day weekend I received a call back from Arlette within an hour! They hadn’t planned on sending the truck out but within 15 minutes she said they will be here before noon! Kevin was amazing! Thank you for taking care of us!

Excellent service with quick help in an emergency situation. Nice and friendly staff. Knowledge service tech was great at helping me understand the situation and option. All around a pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation. Highly recommend and will be a customer of their going forward!

Arlette from Kelley is an absolute star. Due to events beyond her control, the septic system inspection for our new home was delayed and we were under extreme pressure to meet our deadline for closing. With less than a day left, Arlette went the extra mile to ensure that we received the report we needed to meet our deadline. Thank you!

Prompt, and efficient service at a reasonable price. They inspected and pumped our septic tank. The lady in the office kept us informed and the the two man crew were quickly able to locate the clean out lid and complete the job. Would recommend them to anyone.

Left a large hole in the backyard (without asking permission to dig) for a week. Cracked the lid to septic distribution. Terrible communication, replaced lid but no other compensation for mistake.

Made an appointment for septic system inspection, they said they came and could not locate the tank. They left without any notice. Both my agent and I waited there for hours for them to show up.
