Unfortunately, I wish this could be a five-star review. Trusting other reviews, I was looking forward to resolving the water leak in my property. I booked an appointment on Monday for the following Monday morning. On Friday, they pushed my appointment to a later time frame. Although it was not convenient, the leak was a priority, especially since water can cause significant damage. To my surprise, no one showed up! I was given a 2-5 PM time frame, and at 5 PM, I was told that there was an emergency, and they needed to reschedule. When booking, I expressed my concerns about the water leak coming from the floor. I can’t help but feel that my appointment was given to someone else, despite booking in advance and requesting the expertise I needed. As a parent with very young children, this situation is incredibly challenging, especially when expecting help.

Good quality work and most of the workers are great – helpful, honest, nice. Have had a hard time writing this review because I really do recommend them and will use them again, but unfortunately feel I have to include a caveat about one guy who’s been to my house twice — both times rude, loud, condescending and unwilling to explain what I was paying for. If you’re a single woman (maybe he’s different with men?) who doesn’t want to be told what you have to have done for $$$ and “sign here” with indignant angry reaction when you ask questions —- ask for Dimi (throughly answered my questions and addressed my concerns for this pricey project), Boris, or Yuri. The dispatcher and those three were very helpful and I highly recommend.
