L.E Isely & sons out of Westfield has always been one of my go to plumbing companies. I feel like they are honest and I have never had any problems with any business done with them. Shaun was my tech today and he was awesome. He was courteous and was not pushy. He even had some good advice to help me save a little money. Scheduling was fine and they showed up when they said they would, and called before arriving. I will use Isley again.

Easy to schedule a time that works well. Prompt. Clean. Quick efficient. Fair pricing.unfortunately they caused a bad leak that damaged the ceiling below the upstairs work they did. I’ll update this review once this is resolved. TLDR: they fixed everything very professionally under warranty and we will definitely be using them again!! Thank you, Doug and Bill, for caring about the quality of your work and doing right by us.

Had a leak in the hot water heater. They came out within a couple hours. Travis was courteous and conscience. He even cleaned out a faucet to improve water pressure. Thanks!! We appreciate the fast response time and quality workmanship!

I feel like I found MY plumber, know what I mean? They’re not a faceless chain of hastily trained salespeople in a plumber’s disguise, the type who call you 8 times a year trying to renew your annual service contract, then can’t find you in the system when you actually need them. The very experienced plumber and younger plumber mentoree who came to my house bore a vibe of that actually taking the reputation of their 107 year old company seriously.
