So this is not something that I do EVER …. But I feel I must in this case. My husband and I always when possible buy local, shop local, and use local folks when we need help. I’m sure everyone that knows me knows that my husband is not healthy enough to do the things for our family that he has always done in the past. With that being said , we needed a new wax ring put on our toilet yesterday so we called “ NICKS DRAIN AND SEWER CLEANING”. What started out as a quick change the wax ring job turned into an all day thing costing us $260.0 which he told us some of our plumbing needed to be replaced so in good faith we paid him what he asked, no questions or problems glad to have the job done. When I went into the bathroom later last night, the toilet isn’t sitting straight ( it was before they came) and it is leaking worse than ever around the base of the toilet. He has assured me he did everything right ! If so why is my small problem now a bigger problem. I feel like he came in and took advantage of us because he thinks my husband is a sick old man and I’m not very smart. We will NOT use them again and urge anyone else who might be inclined to give them a chance to think about it really hard before you call them. They DO NOT stand behind their work and try really hard to belittle you when you question it. We don’t have a problem paying for the services we get but we sure want it to be good service. NICKS PLUMBING is a NO for me folks!!

Called two different plumbers, waited three days for a response, got none! Called Nick’s Drain & Sewer Cleaning he responded immediately, was at my home within 45 minutes, had problem taken care of quickly! I highly recommend him!

Called Nick today for a backed up shower up in our basement. He answered right away and showed up promptly. Nick went right to work snaking the main drain line and cleared a clog, and gave us good recommendations for preventing future clogs. Nick has a good sense of humor, with a grin that let’s you know he is joking around. Easy to talk with and got the job done, without feeling like he was rushing through it. We will call him again, if the need arises.

Mom and I had a problem with the main drain pipe during the cold snap. She called Nick’s and he was out the next morning to save the day! He knew what the problem was before even looking at it. He had us up and running in no time at all! He has the BEST personality and is absolutely HILARIOUS! If there are problems in the future, she will be calling Nick! If I relocate to the area and have problems–I will also be calling Nick!

After putting way to much food down my garbage disposal and clogging up my drain . I tried unclogging it my self with no success . Was recommended to nicks by a friend very easy to deal with showed up on time and fixed the issue. Fast friendly and at a fair price ! Thanks

Charged $250 for it to be backed up 2 days later. Charged another $150 to come back only for it to flow for another few days before getting clogged again.
