Dan came out with his apprentice Hunter. They did a great job in a timely manner and answered all my questions! Also gave me some great advice going forward with any plumbing issues I may have and some great tips for preventative measures. Thanks guys!

Dan H texted before he came that he was on the way. He arrived promptly and quickly assessed our plumbing need and repaired it with a part from his truck. He was very neat in his work. Also very personable. Great experience start to finish. You hired a good one! Thank you.

I am so happy with the service I received yesterday. Arnold is the best. He was patient with communicating to me what the issue was and how he would solve it. I asked a lot of questions and he explained everything.I would always recommend this company.

Well, I’ve found our new plumbing contractor. Angie in the office was a delight. Friendly, efficient, and got me scheduled for early the next morning. 3-4 other places I called first had wait times of up to 12 days! Rozga sent me an email confirming the appointment, and even sent an email when Matt the plumber was on his way, and even included a pic of him. Matt called to let me know he was on the way, and even showed up a few minutes ahead of 8 am. All communications were very professional. Matt made the work look easy, doing what I had tried to do 2 days before but ran into a couple of problems. He was smart, and answered some technical/general questions we had. His work was thorough and no mess left behind. Rozga service charge of $69 for call out is fair, and unlike some others, they don’t start the clock on your job beginning when they leave the last job! Happy to have found a good, reliable plumbing outfit. Will use Rozga when I need real pros again!

Very professional. Fast work, and the total cost was less than I expected. Ray (the plumber) explained what he was going to be doing, and why it was going to be done. I will use Rozga again if I need a plumber, and I will recommend all of my friends and family do the same. It was a nice touch that the text message sent to indicate that the plumber was on their way also included a photo of the plumber (I like that little security feature)

Rozga plumbing literally saved our moving weekend and I couldn’t thank them enough or be happier with the service they provided. Two days before we were set to move into our first home, the water heater leaked and flooded half of our basement. Rozga Plumbing came highly recommended and they not only were able to replace our water heater the same day, but they also were very kind in helping us problem-solve first time home buyer questions of “what do we do next?” Arnold took the time to explain all of his recommendations on what needed to be done and was very thorough in both the water heater replacement and doing some safety adjustments in the basement piping (water and gas lines) at the same time as well. I will absolutely continue to call them whenever I have plumbing questions and definitely recommend them!

Friendly, efficient, and competitive pricing. Previously, I had them do my water heater (same day service) and liked their work so much I asked them to fix my outdoor spigot (again, same day service!).

Steve came to my house to check out adding a water supply line to a detached garage I’m building. I told him if the job was too small it’s no big deal, I’d keep looking for a plumber. He said no I’ll shoot you a price and we will get it done. Looked in my email for weeks expecting a quote after he told me he would email me over a quote, never seen anything. Gave him a call and left him a voicemail and still never heard a peep from him. Completely wasted my time explaining everything I wanted to him and the time to follow up with him just for him to continue to ignore me. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Editing because he called me back shortly after I left this review. “Apologizing” and asking if he could give me a quote for plumbing and sewer even though when we talked I never once asked him for a sewer anything quote. Even more unprofessional asking me in what seemed desperation if “he could still give me a quote if you could call me back at his number” i have called him multiple times and he only decided to call me back after this review.
