I called Performance Plumbing when one of my toilets began leaking. Dillon came that day and explained my options for repair/replacement. A date for replacement was set once the toilet was ordered. I picked the toilet up at the store and Dillon took it from my car. The installation went smoothly and his workmanship is exemplary. The bathroom was so clean when he finished the installation. In addition to his skill he is a delightful young man. I recommend Performance Plumbing and Dillon highly.

I was referred by Hoff/Heating and AC who services our units to call Performance Plumbing for my pool drains were backing up. I called that day and scheduled a time for them to come out the same day . The receptionist wasn’t sure if they could fix pool drains but she said she would send out someone to look at the problem and waved the service fee. She called to let me know that 2 technicians were coming and their names Spencer and Andy to evaluate the problem. Thank goodness they new exactly what needed to be done and fixed the issue in a timely manner. they also dug out my drain caps that had been buried under layers of grass and set flags around them. They were professional, neat, and very courteous. they place a mat down before they placed the machinery on our smooth coping concrete to protect the surface. They went over very detail to ensure that this wouldn’t happen to me again. I’m referring them to everyone. The work they performed is a 5 star rating plus they were very affordable. I have found the company I’ll be using for all my plumbing needs.And I’ve been through 4 now. They even turned up my water pressure in my half bath when neither of the other 4 companies could. So grateful I was referred to them. Thank you Spencer and Andy for all your help!

All around great company and employees. We had several things done including having a water softer system installed which we are so glad we did! Dillon and Spencer did quality work, clearly explained things to us on what they did/how things work, were very professional and friendly. Also appreciated how well they cleaned up and the red carpet they rolled out to walk on to protect our floors. It was nice having Cheryl at the office call us letting us know they were on their way. HIghly recommend Performance Plumbing to anyone!

Had a sump pump stop working and my basement drain was blocked. Performance Plumbing realized my emergency and found a way to have someone there in a short amount of time. They take care of their customers and always perform work with the highest quality

I highly recommend Performance Plumbing. Mark showed up on time and was able to fix our bathroom fixture which was installed incorrectly in our 2 year old home. He was able to fix the problem without having to cut a hole thru the drywall behind the shower. Very personable and professional. Thank you Mark!

If you are reading this review because you have a plumbing need, this is the company you want! I have used Performance Plumbing for several years, and they have NEVER disappointed. They have worked on my drains, toilets, faucets and have even installed a new hot water heater for me. (Thank you, Spencer, it is wonderful!) They are a family-owned company, and far exceed any company I have used in the past. Cheryl is a customer service expert and has gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. The plumbers can always be counted on for prompt, competent, honest and professional work. A special thank you to Dillon (and Cheryl!) for going the extra mile with today’s installation of my brand new kitchen faucet!!! I love it!!!

Poor operation they run here. I paid 80 to have someone get my water heater working and all they did was reset it and leave. I called in 3 times and finally got ahold of the owner who told me I shouldnt be frustrated and I “should of called in sooner.” I assume its because it was towards the end of the work day and they dont want to handle customer complaints after the sale. Once I asked for her name after she displayed attitude and didnt seem sincere about the situation, she told me what does it matter. They employ under qualified “handy men” that dont know how to properly diagnose issues. I wouldnt use this service again for the life of me. I warn everyone to go with a more reputable company and has proper staffing to handle issues efficiently. They wont be able to address my issue for 5 days and the original visit was 3 weeks ago. What a joke. As a business owner myself, I was disgusted to be talked to by someone this way especially the “owner”
