Mathew arrived same morning as I called for service. Issue was with clogged drain pipe for washing machine. The problem was thoroughly assessed, and estimate was provided for solution. Mathew provided not only photos of the debris causing the clog, but personally showed me the cut out section with the debris exposed. A couple of hours later job was complete and resolved! Very happy with the professionalism and courteous service Mathew provided!!

The service tech was very nice and thorough. The quote to do the work “Snake a drain” was outrageous. $1500. I found several others that would do it for less than $200. In the end we had it fixed for $150.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Iron Mountain Plumbing. It was all about the upsell and getting involved in some kind of a membership which we did not want. Finally we convinced the guy that we only wanted our drain unclogged. He tried to do that but was unsuccessful. We paid for that and then had to hire somebody else who was able to unclog our drain. This was back in December but even now we keep getting reminders to review the business. I was completely willing to not review them but I’m tired of all these reminders.

I called because my pipes weren’t draining. I was “upsold” to a new $1200 toilet. My pipes were still backed up and Jackson Plumbing came to the rescue.

Very friendly and super nice! Dan and Matthew felt like they were our friends. They were chatting with us. Kept us in the loop of what was going on. Worked hard the whole day into the next. They even made our four cats feel important and loved. They know how to put a personal touch on their business and make you feel comfortable right away! Lifesavers! 50 year old plumbing finally gave way. No water! Dan and Matthew got us water temporarily while we waited for 811 to mark everything. Excellent work! They dug our yard up minimally and efficiently. Replaced the entire line to the basement. Timely, clean, nice, and super caring. I am super impressed!!
