I had an evergreen representative report to my residence 2 weeks and 2 days ago the representatives name was William he was knowledgeable and polite in his trade I had a small leak that needed to be addressed in the kitchen and major clog in the toilet After paying $600 for a service for which the problem remains 2 weeks and 2 days ago. I am in strong hope. Evergreen will contact me stand by their work that is not even a month old where I paid approximately $1,mm600$ for the complete service however 600.00 for a toilet that only works for 2 weeks in my opinion is unacceptable. I optimistically wait for some type of correspondence from evergreen Incorporated to avoid any further unpleasantries in regards to this work

I only have positive things to say. Evergreen answers the first time I called and had someone out the same morning. William arrived when expected and he was excellent. He is was polite, clear in his explanations, and did excellent work. He was really great.

My central A/C broke on a Sunday. I contacted Evergreen on Monday morning, and they were able to get me an appointment that day. The technician, Jacob, was great, keeping me informed of each step he took to troubleshoot my issue. He was able to determine that it was a faulty condensation sensor in my attic crawl space. He was able to procure a new one and install it. I have been nice and cool for a couple of days now. Everyone I dealt with, from the person who took my call and scheduled my appointment to the technician, was friendly and professional. I am very impressed with this company and will recommend them to friends and family. Great job, guys.

Just want to say how happy my wife and i were to have service performed by Evergreen. After being ripped off by Gem plumbing and heating , we called Evergreen to repair our mini-split system.They did a great job and now it’s working perfectly.The techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. The same goes for the receptionist who took my phone call. Many thanks guys!

Adding to this review and updating for 2024. Evergreen kept their word when they fixed some things for me. Very helpful. Kyle was amazing. He was here today and very informative. Everyone who comes to the house has been super nice and considerate. Also, the owner/manager called me back and he was very accommodating. Thank you! Bryan was personable and efficient. Great work!

I’ve had excellent experiences with Evergreen on all three occasions they’re serviced my furnace and water heater. Most recently, Jacob diagnosed and replaced a broken pump which was causing a basement leak. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He also answered some of my other questions about filters. Very happy with this company and its staff.

Evergreen has been great to us since we started using them last winter. Our furnace died in the middle of the cold blast last year and they were out within a few days to install a new one and set up central air. In the summer the cooling feature wasn’t working and when we called they sent Justin out immediately. He was really great about explaining the issues. Justin was polite and efficient, thanks for the quick help! Evergreen is great about accommodating for our big reactive dogs as well. 10/10 would recommend!
