Had this guy come in and he did some drain cleaning and I paid him for the work. He was supposed to come back and he never showed up. I had given him a deposit for the follow up as he requested and he never shows up so I emailed him and told him I would call my attorney and authorities if he did not give me my check back. He emailed me back and claimed that he was sick and couldn’t call me. He made an appointment for the following week and after thinking about it, I told him to cancel the appointment and that I would find someone else to finish the job. It’s a good thing I stopped payment on the check as after that he tried to cash the deposit check I gave him. He wasn’t going to do the follow up job, but he still tried to cash the check for over $1,000.

Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad came out for a sewer video inspection. I paid immediately. The USB they used was corrupted, and they admitted that I was not the first to receive a faulty USB Drive. They refused to pickup or respond over a period of two weeks after multiple attempts to call, text, and phone. We had no pictures of video proof of the inspection, which was part of the contract. We scheduled a redo, but they not only failed to show, but had not sent any reason, apology, or followup. Unfortunately, my experience was lacking in professionalism. Due to this experience, I cannot trust or recommend this company. I had to hire someone else to complete the job.

Jack and Matt was really awesome they explained what needs to be done and gave me estimate on jetting and my toilet . I highly recommend this company ! I really did appreciate the time and the communication as well job well done . I need some work still but they need to do more things and I will call them back when I could afford :

Not only was everything fixed so fast and now working perfectly, but I genuinely enjoyed talking to the guys! Super great pricing, professionalism and overall they made it a great experience. Also my pug puppy loved them, so obviously they’re the best! Mahalo guys(:

I had a galvanized drain pipe that severely corroded and started to leak. Jack was upfront with his estimate. Of course after that was repaired we discovered another issue connected to that run. He had to come back another day to get new parts to fix the other problem. Throughput the entire process, Jack and his assistant were personable yet highly professional, and did a great job. His communication is excellent and he was on time. Highly recommended.
