Horrible customer service. Called my mom a liar when she told him that the issue started when they did the last service. She tried to figure out the problem so they didn’t have to come out and he comes out and finds a leak and charges her $120 and called her a liar.

Have used ASAP four times now for pumping our septic system. Good service and show up when they say they will. They are also significantly cheaper than York’s and had more availability. York’s isn’t bad, just that ASAP is cheaper and easier to schedule so for me that’s a win.

I have used this business since I moved back to my home town. They are very prompt and professional and I wouldn’t use anyone else and I highly recommend them.

have not used ASAP Septic and would not. Today as I was getting on the highway from the frontage road, I was behind a semi truck that was taking off and getting up to speed. I looked in my rear view mirror and notice a truck coming up fast behind me. I honestly thought he was going to run into the back of my truck. I got onto the highway when I looked over to my left and noticed the same truck that had came up fast behind me was flipping me off and motioning for me to pull over. I guess he wanted to fight? Don’t know, I took a picture for his truck and called into the office. I tried to explain the situation to the person that answers the phone that they probably should be aware that they have employees representing their company in such a fashion. The guy that answered the phone said I must be a Millennial and should get over it. First off, not a Millennial, Seen and heard just about everything imaginable in my 24 years in the service. I explained to him that I was just trying to let them know of their driver’s behavior. And since it is obvious that it is the environment he is in, (ASAP), must be fine with acting in such a childish manner. And seeing that I was getting nowhere, I told him I would just post on social media. At this I got an earful of profanities, threats that he was going to come over and whoop my a$$. All the way to, he hoped my wife and family would be hurt in a violent manner. I would never use there service, but if there work is as good as there sewer mouth, they will probably do a great job.

Very prompt service. Answered call and scheduled for next day. Heath arrived exactly on time and did an outstanding job! Shared lots of information about my septic system. Would highly recommend ASAP for any septic needs. They knew what they were talking about and doing! Great job, thank you
