We used Champion Plumbing Service for our 6 rental properties and our own homes for over 5 years. The plumber is super professional and proactive. Many times we lived out of the country and had property emergencies back in Vernon Hills. The Plumber could be trusted to deal with our tenants directly, which made our life A LOT easier. Very fair prices.

Told the plumber would arrive at 9am – called at 11am when no show and told he was never told it was on his schedule. Promised service next day at 9am. I called the number to confirm the appt was on the schedule. Next day – same result. No show and excuses given. Plus they charge $99 for any service for service fee to get you to buy into a program to not pay service fees. Why would anyone sign up with this kind of unreliability is beyond me.

Spoke to Chris to arrange for a plumber and a electrician to come check out my property. Apparently, they’ve been expanding to provide extra services to compete with Four Seasons. Bought into their membership program and made an appointment for both guys but both didnt come. No phone call nor voicemail. Ill find out more and may update this review. *Update – So somehow there was a work order hiccup but they were able to find time to get out there again. The job was done satisfactory ($375 for a toilet pump assembly replacement. Only miss was that the appointment was between 3-7pm but they didn’t arrive until just after 8pm. They were able to finish without getting too late. Sounded like a different rep but was courteous and kept me informed.

Gerald was my plumber and he was very outstanding. He was polite, professional and very detailed. He explained to me what he was going to do and then showed me pictures of my sewer line and explained what was done. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Called on a Sunday to inquire about two busted or corroded pipes in bathroom that needed to be replaced. Was able to get Champion Plumbing out to the house on Monday morning and the repair/replacement completed after a quick run to the plumbing supply store. I felt the price was fair. I highly recommend them for your needs.

Scheduling an appointment with Champion Plumbing Service Co was easy and their customer service was excellent . The reminders received via text were much appreciated and the technician arrived exactly on time. He did an excellent job taking care of our plumbing needs. We would definitely use them again.

Called and spoke to the technician from Champion Plumbing Service Company about my leaking water line. He troubleshooted over the phone and educated me about all my questions about replacing my water line. Within a few hours, a technician arrived, gave me a very good estimate and explained exactly what he would do. Few hours later my water line was in and you could hardly tell they were here. Just wanted to thank this great company!!!

Gerald was AWESOME!!! He was very personal and walked me through everything he was doing….. He gave me a quote over the phone and even though there was a little more work than what he was expecting he still charged me that same price!! I will DEFINITELY use Champion Plumbing Service Co if we should ever run into any other plumbing issues!!
