The plumbers at Mr. Roto were totally polite and informed us of all the work that needed to be done including pictures and recommendations. They were punctual and professional. I highly recommend.

Originally called because of a strong sewage smell coming from my mobile home house. Dave came and fixed a broken pipe for 720$ only for the sewage smell to continue throughout the day. As Dave was here he let me be aware that this might be part of the problem. So I called back the same day to let them know the problem is still there and I was told Dave can’t come back out until next week and that when he does he will check the underbelly lining to see if sewage leaked in there. I’m not sure why he didn’t check the lining in the first place while he was already here doing the inspection. Had he would have it may have saved me the cost of having to get a hotel for the night since the smell was so potent and my daughter has severe respiratory problems and couldn’t stay in the house. To get told he can’t come out for another week which would have cost me even more on having to get a hotel I told her to forget it. 720$ down the drain on a problem that still isn’t fixed only partially and still breathing in sewage. Also I will note when I did tell the lady on the phone I told her that I was not going to wait a week and would try someplace else suddenly she said she can have someone else come tomorrow that will be charging a diagnostic fee. I told her ide call back since I wasn’t sure what my best option would be at that point. I called back a few hours later and she told me she can’t have anyone come tomorrow because that spot is takin now and that she couldn’t “hold spots for me” even though I just paid 720$ on a problem that didn’t get fully fixed in the first place! No care at all from this company!

Extremely happy, needed to have a bathroom in a building for my Business. They hook up to the city sewer, ran all the waterlines and we also had a gas line ran as well. They did all the permits. They were quick efficient. I would highly recommend.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with Mr Rooter! The complete staff is a pleasure to deal with! From those in the office like Nikki who make the scheduling as easy and frictionless as possible to those wonderful workers like Ryan, John, Mike, and everyone who I’ve dealt with has just been a pleasure to work with! They take time to help you get the financing options you need if that’s the route you need to take and all of their jobs are done professionally And Timely! I am more than satisfied with all of their work and would highly recommend them to anyone!🌞

Every one was very professional and everything is working well. I rescently had a power outage. When the power came back on we noticed a beeping sound. I was told that might happen. I thought that when the power came back on the beeping would stop. Well that did not happen. After contacting Mr. Rooter I was told that the beeping soundhad a push button that needed to be reset. The sump pump is in a crawl space. I am too old to crawl under there. I had to pay $158.00 to have someone come out reset it. If I would have known that before installation I would not have had done. Their should be a way to reset this button remotely. Unfortunately we had another power outage yesterday and the beeping sound back. I will not pay $158.00 to have someone come out again. I will rather have an electrician come out and install a remote setup.

My experience with Mr.Rooter was an amazing. I was so impressed by Dave and Zack well knowledge people and outstanding work they did. Thank you for giving me a peace, knowing the problem was fixed.
