Recently updated a shower and had to move some water lines. Called a few places and had them come out for quotes. (including my previous plumbing service.) Jackson showed up summed up what was needed and I got a gut feeling to choose him as he was not trying to up sale me. Very pleased with his work and we used Duval for adding new toilets and hardware for the shower. I switched to Duval for my air as well so hopefully they have the same quality as Jackson on the plumbing side. (side note our tub had a faulty fixture and Jackson solved it, even though it was a second trip as we had to order a new part.) Keep up the service Duvall.

Jonathon came out and did a bang up job on my house. Called Sunday afternoon and they were out here first thing Monday morning. Very professional guy and like I said do a great job. 10 out of 10 recommend Edit: Rick just came out and serviced our house. He was awesome

Had the pleasure of meeting Erick Muñoz, who went above and beyond to help take care of some plumbing issues we had in a main bathroom. I called Duvall Plumbing to fix a running toilet. Rick came out and fixed the toilet. I asked him about a showerhead that was squirting water out around the connection. He fixed that too. I inquired about installing a water softener, and he did his due diligence of the house plumbing & explained the process and possible routing. He was extremely helpful & thorough in his work and explanations.

The great experience started with the person who helped find me a same day appointment (I called them around 3:30 on a Friday afternoon). Hunter and Gerardo arrived within the next hour and saved the day! We had a main line clog they were able to resolve quickly and ensured all was well upon completion of the job. Their pricing was clear and reasonable based on the services provided. They were great at explaining the root cause and how to avoid issues in the future.
