We had problems with a solar water heater and a leaky tub. Very few companies will deal with a solar water heater. Pioneer would prefer to let other companies do it, but their estimator, Joe, recognized we were in a bind so he came out to help. The leaky tub was the result of shoddy work by another company. Joe was so outraged that their work was not up to code that he called them on our behalf. If we had to go to court, he offered to help us too. Because Pioneer documented everything with photos, however, we were reimbursed by the other company. How can you not love these guys? Oh, they ended up doing terrific work not only with the tub but the heater as well. We will never use another plumbing company. They really saved our bacon, did everything they said they would; showed up on time, worked hard and were always pleasant. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Bill was $506, just short of ridiculous. Charged me labor for an hour and a half of waiting for a call back from water heater company tech support because an over confident tech seemed to think my tankless water heater was hooked up wrong. Only to find that it was not! That evening I discovered very little water pressure on the hot side of the master bath sinks. Next day I was sure it was their fault but I decided to resolve on my own and found a lot of sediment in both lines to both sinks on the hot side. It is my opinion based on the water heater manual that they did not perform the flush properly because they have no experience with tankless heaters. Flush should go through the water heater and out to a bucket not into the house water supply lines!!!!!!

I let them enter my apartment while I was work and came back to a dirty bathroom and one of my steak knives covered in silicone. The front door had also been left unlocked.

The technicians showed up on time. They answered all my questions and even carried out some troubleshooting that was requested. I was very impressed with the work and the overall experience. This is the best experience I have had with a plumber in my area and would recommend them.

I was overcharged $200.00 for an hour and 30 minuets labor that the employee claimed as 3 hours labor. Jerramee, tech # 26 and his co-worker tech # 27 arrived at my home 5 minutes to 8 am and left for a 30 minute run to hardware store for 2 small bolts that were bent from my shower door installation package. I ordered my shower doors online from Home Depot . I planned to do it myself but could not lift the heavy glass doors. Easy installation , top rail with dampeners, bottom rail with bumpers. the neighbors can back my claim that the truck for Pioneer Plumbing was at my house only 1 hour and 30 minutes!!!!! Jerramee charged me $35. for silicone caulking that I bought at Home Depot and the 2 small screws. He charged me $37.25 for his transportation of the big truck which was not needed on this simple installation job. These are truly fraudulent charges and are a crime!!!! the real bad thing is that both doors leak. I had not realized until my floor in front of the doors became mushy from the shower doors not sealed. I will not recommend them to my friends or family. July 25,2022 I had the shower door installation, finally on October 21, 2022 Pioneer refunded $159.46 of the $441.25 they charged me for the hour and a half job.

We’ve done business with Pioneer Plumbing numerous times and have not had issues. Today they missed the appointment entirely and then when I called in to find out where they were, I was told they won’t honor the appointments they set unless they get additional confirmations leading up to the appointment. Worse than the procedure is that attitude on the phone. They set an appointment, didn’t honor it, and then blamed that on me. Do not set appointments if you are not going to honor them. I did not agree to make myself available via phone prior to the appointment for endless confirmations. Show up when you say you’re going to show up. Period.

Hot water heaters broke on a weekend. They were the only company out of 7 that answered me right away and kept me posted on when they could come that same day. They did excellent work had new hot water heater in by late afternoon.
