Dillion and Steven with Plumber of Tucson installed a water softening system and a reverse osmosis system for me in my new house. They were professional, polite, friendly, timely, explained the systems, what to expect from the systems and left the areas clean and free of any debris. In addition, I am extremely pleased with Don Paz as he explained the systems via email. He is very prompt and responsive communicating the process and times of arrival. I am extremely pleased with the employees and the Plumber of Tucson business. This business will be in my contacts. Well done! July 5, 2024 I received a service today of a faucet repair, as usual the gentlemen were prompt, professional, and answered questions about my reverse osmosis system while they were at my home. I am a return customer and will continue to be a loyal because of their level of service from response from phone calls to a job extremely well done. I highly recommend Plumber of Tucson.

Jerry and German were so nice and helpful and went above and beyond for us. They helped solve a pretty serious issue in a very inexpensive way. Jerry really explained everything so well and wasn’t condescending like a lot of contractors can be. I will definitely be using this company for all of our future plumbing issues and would recommend them to anyone.

Thoroughly pleased with the service, pricing, and professionalism of this company. They promptly responded to my request to get a quote for replacing my water softener. Jerry and German were very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They discussed my options with me and answered of my questions before beginning their work. Upon completion, they made sure I understood how to operate my new system and left the work area spotless. I highly recommend this team!

Kate and I had Jerry and German from Plumber of Tucson help with a plumbing issue today. They were very professional and very knowable. Found and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. Whenever we call this company we are very pleased and highly recommend them. Plumber of Tucson put in our whole house water treatment and reverse osmosis last year and we still love our water!
