John and Angie were great. They were very friendly and professional. I was impressed with their willingness to adapt when new things were thrown at us while we were building our house.

Jeff and his guys are great, and so fast. I called yesterday morning and Angie was awesome. Jeff was out to look at things yesterday afternoon and the sump pump was installed this morning. He was easy to talk to and thorough. The work looks good, and was FAST! The guys had the whole job knocked out in a little under 2 hours. Highly recommend, 10/10!

His guy was very unprofessional swearing on the phone at me. All plumbing was installed like you woud from the 1970s. No pressure regulation. splice every 10ft. The water pressure was at 117 psi. Several of the splices were already being pushed apart.

I have known the John family for many years, so I didn’t hesitate in calling them when my dad’s supply line froze. They were very professional and helpful. In the end it was the city’s part that froze, but I appreciate how quickly they responded and would not hesitate to call them again in the future.
