Very disappointed. The service was fast and my toilet was unclogged with one plunge. However I’m not happy when the plumber lied on the invoice stating it was my fault for the clog and he used extensive equipment. If it was my choice (I live in an apartment) I wouldn’t have requested their services. Two thumbs down.

Terrible company, I would not choose them. I have been a tenant at the same rental for years in PSJ and the landlord insist on using them although their work is horrible. They were sent out recently for a dishwasher releasing water all over the floor when emptying. They replaced the garbage disposal that was also non-working and didn’t bother checking the dishwasher for problems. Never touched it and it is still leaking water. I’ve moved. Never will I call them! Never!

On time very nice people and came in $200 below estimate. Have to add an update went back to make another appointment our truck broke down they came out with the tools we needed to get back on the road. WOW!!!!!

I called and made an appointment for them to come out and replace two leaking toilet flaps for two different bathrooms. They came out fixed one for $140 per hour. They told me that I would have to pay another $140 per hour since they didn’t have another one on the truck. New flap is leaking still

I was in a tight bind with both toilets and showers clogged on a Friday with an 80 yo family member visiting and Kelly managed to fit me, which I was very grateful for. Austin came out on time and did an awesome job. He cleared one part of the house completely, but the other side was still slow. With rain clouds fast approaching he quickly moved to my other roof vent and completely cleared the other side of the house. All in all in was a great experience when I was really in pinch. Austin and Kelly are an asset to their company and I really appreciate the service I received

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH PERSONAL INFORMATION. I was an employee there that had to leave because of a VERY serious medical issue. This was three years ago and the lady that works there is still going into public and discussing my personal health information with my friends and family that she sees out. If they are willing to disrespect their employees this way, it’s likely that they are discussing their customers private information as well. Plumbing companies can get a lot of information about you. BEWARE!!!
