This company is a scam and the previous reviews are fake or stolen from a previous business with this number. The photo of the business is a Valero gas station. They charged my card and didn’t show up. Now they don’t answer their phone.

Joey and his team did an excellent job fixing leaking pipe near the water heater in attic. They were prompt, professional and reasonable with pricing. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

Captain Ron’s was great! Another company had come out previously to diagnose and quote the issue, and it turns out they had it very wrong. Joey was able to correctly diagnose the issue and orchestrate a fix. It required a decent amount of excavation and re-plumbing; he made it quick and easy for us, and did it in a way that made it as economical as possible.

Captain Ron’s was recommended to me through a Facebook DIY group and I’m glad I called them. Joey did a great job switching out our shower handle in one bathroom and was able to quickly resolve a drip in the other shower. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained how the second one would need to be repaired, which was a lot more work than we were expecting. He got the job on his schedule within a couple days. I will definitely use Captain Ron’s Plumbing again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing help. I’m new to Dallas and it’s nice to find a plumbing company I can depend upon.
