We had a septic issue that could’ve turned into a nightmare. BSR repaired our tank and got us up and running again. It took longer than expected, but Jeff stayed in contact often with updates. The price was not outrageous. We would definitely give them our business again.

Mike and Chris came out to fix 3 issues on a very hot Texan day. They are stellar individuals. Got right to it. Very professional and treated the house with respect. I am so impressed.

Had a handle break off in a shower and water wouldn’t turn off. Don and Joe came out and did an excellent job, even special ordered parts because my showers hardware was so old. Left my house and the work area clean and were super friendly explaining everything that needed to be fixed. Thanks guys, will definitely call again if anything else comes up with my plumbing!
