I’m glad to have selected Ypoxi for cast iron drain relining, although it was an intricate procedure, they explained everything in detail which made the process easy and seamless. The lead technician Cody was extremely helpful throughout the repair. He and his team Carlos, Julian, and Michael did an awesome job.

So happy with YPOXI ! My husband and I were concerned about our cast iron pipes as our home is 50 yrs plus. The office Jeffery, Sandra, Brad answered all questions before during and after our service. They kept us informed when their crew would arrive each day. The crew they sent to our home Ty, Austin, Abner, and Cody, arrived before their scheduled work time and worked into early evening. These young men were very professional, polite, and respectful answered any questions we had also explained things they were doing and had no problem letting us watch as they were doing the work and cleaned everything up before they left. We were given a USB port and a warranty. This whole company was wonderful to work with and would highly recommend them. Thank you YPOXI..

I was really worried about this process it was huge undertaking. I called and spoke to someone to do an estimate over the phone. Then called back and with my question. They were very patient and lessoned to call my concerns and answered my question. Julian Abner and Carlos came and did the work they were great they explained everything they were doing each day. They came in cheerful and with smile. No require but certainly was nice. They respected by propriety and family they did a great job. They even offered to set our new toilet. They had to fix some pipes before they could do the lining and I was shocked that they did not charge extra for this.

This company did a fantastic job for my husband & me. They arrived exactly when they said they would . The team we had was Richie Rich , Alan & Steve . They were very polite , respectful & professional. They made the project much easier for us because of their commitment to doing the best job possible. We have peace of mind now knowing that are pipes are taken care of & the knowledge that if we have any problems at all we can call them & will take care of it . Sandra & all of the office staff was equally professional & polite . I highly recommend this company . Thank you to all the Staff !!

I previously used a different company to de-scale my old cast iron drain line and planned to move forward with them to repair it, until they started playing games with me on the price. I ended up asking my neighbor – who had this repair done a few years ago – who he used and he referred me to Ypoxi. They came out to inspect our drain line and said that the previous company barely did anything when de-scaling. Ypoxi then provided me a quote and right away I was impressed with how detailed the quote was. It included a couple pages describing everything they would do and their process, whereas the other company’s quote had maybe 4 one-sentence bullet points about what they would do. My wife and I decided to go with Ypoxi and we could not be happier with this decision. The crew – Richie R., Alan J., Miguel L., and Steve L. – were amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional, and great with communication and setting expectations. Each day of the project, they talked to me multiple times a day to let me know where they were at with the project and what they were working on, progress, etc. The team provided me with a USB drive of video footage taken before beginning, after de-scaling, and after repair. A couple other things worth mentioning: their warranty (product and labor) is better than their competition, and my experience with the others I interacted with – Jeff, Brad, and Sandra – were great as well. I really don’t have any complaints about my experience with Ypoxi, which I have found to be very rare when dealing with home repair and renovation projects. I fully recommend them.

Outstanding experience. The crew (Richie, Alan and Miguel) were very professional and personable. The job (cast iron drain piping lining) was completed within the agreed upon timeline and cost. We were engaged during the entire process.

Had to have my cast pipes realigned, although expensive, it beat having my home cut in quarters through the concrete pad. They were professional, on time, clean and knowledgeable. What more could you ask.

They rushed through the job once I paid the final invoice. Not only did they leave all kinds of tools and cast iron pipe waste laying around throughout our yard and drive way, our shower doesn’t drain (which was not a problem before they started the cast iron restoration project). Going on week 3 of showering in shin deep water and still no word from them to come back and fix. I have not received the warranty paperwork and camera footage they promised while rushing out their last day. All my attempts to get the shower drain back to normal operation is met with excuses, same with the warranty paperwork and camera footage. My advice is do not pay that final invoice when they send it, wait until they are gone and you’ve checked everything for yourself.
