I have used Dorr many times in the last decade, and they always are top-notch across the board. Appointments are easy to get, even same-day. All servicemen have been knowledgeable, friendly, and terrific to work with. Garbage disposal, sump pump, toilet replacement, pipe repair…they do it all and at a fair price. Definitely one of the best in the DeKalb area.

Highly recommend! They have done several different jobs for us – installing sump pumps, fixing toilets, including one that was rocking very badly – and all have been done very thoroughly – at very reasonable costs. They’ve always been very friendly and explained everything in a way that’s easy to understand.

I highly recommend Dorr Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They were super for our recent remodel and upgrade. They were responsive and communicated well. Their work was excellent and they answered question kindly. Yuni, Dave, and the whole team were great. 11/6/23 We recommend Dorr Plumbing. Chris did outstanding work installing our new toilet. We are very grateful for the skilled tradesman that he is. Chris also repaired our downstairs sink works and tightened up the master tub handles. He took the time to teach and explain. Called him for information on a on a water heater install seemed too busy to deal with me. Refuse to answer some of my questions Which seemed kind of sketchy to me to me definitely looking somewhere else I’m somewhere else

Chris from Dorr plumbing was fantastic. Called and left a message and he returned my call promptly. He was on his way out for the day but still made time to come over and assist us. He was at our house in ten minutes and had the problem fixed within a half hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling him with our future plumbing needs!
