Called and told them my problem. They were out the next day worked with me payment. Benjamin took the extra time to get the job done. Found the tank in a few minutes. Tank Hadn’t been pumped in 25 years. Empty as it was brand new. He recommended not waiting so long recommended 5 years. I’ll definitely be calling. Great service.

Schedule a week in advance and the guy called on the day of my appointment to move my appointment for 4 days later. I told the guy I had dug up the holes already and had to turned off the sprinklers. The grass will die if I have to wait for another 4 days. It seems like these people want to come whenever it fits their schedule and disregard other people times. I called another company and they came out the same day.

Christopher from Parish and Sons was outstanding in his knowledge and ability. Sometimes you come across the right company and personnel. Had our almost 70 year old septic cleaned out today. Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was on time, which I always appreciate. I had a lot of questions and Chris was patient and answered each one. We have always used Parrish for our septic clean outs and we will continue to use them.

Spoke to Aaron today at Parrish and Sons. Unfortunately their company doesn’t do work in my neck of the woods, but dang what customer service. Aaron knew he couldn’t do business for me but took about 15 minutes on the phone with me to make sure I won’t get taken in my septic system fixes and repairs. He asked me questions and explained everything to me. Seems rare these days you get people who just care about helping people. Clearly a good business owner. Please give them a shot if you’re searching for this kind of company. Very honest and good!

REALTORS BEWARE!!! This review is in regards to real estate agents using this company in a transaction. This was my first experience with the company and also my first experience ordering a septic inspection for a real estate transaction. This review is not in regard to the quality of work that was performed but yet the lack of communication prior to the inspection that has now cost me $500 out of my pocket to keep my clients happy. I also was not aware up front that this company no longer does repairs that is something very important in a real estate transaction. I talked to a person (i prefer no names) prior to the inspection and let him know that another company that had a set price was being proposed to me in the transaction and wanted to make sure that we stayed below a dollar amount. During the inspection they came across an older system that required more digging and more work. I was sent a bill about $600 over the amount that we had discussed. I was aware that the company charged hourly rates but because our conversation prior to the inspection, I would have liked to received a phone call letting me know that there was going to be additional charges. No one got a phone call in regards to there be more work just a bill receive after. I actually called to follow up on to find out what was going on is when I found out about the additional charges. I still give this review three stars for the simple fact again this is not in regards to workmanship. I also did receive a follow up phone call apologizing for the miscommunication. In conclusion, I have learned my lesson on hire a company that charges an hourly rate in a real estate transaction. I do wish the company the best but my experience might’ve just been bad luck.

Chris was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! They helped my find my septic tank with the map that I had and drained it very quickly. Will definitely use them from now on whenever we need our septic tank drained.
