Had an issue with my water heater and was referred by a family member who spoke highly of Super Drain. I called and spoke with the owner “Al” AFTER HOURS!! He was professional and took immediate steps to get my problem resolved. The next morning my problem was resolved with our issue and the employees, all TOPNOTCH regarding customer service and skills. I will recommend and always use this company.

SuperDrain’s technician, Rem, called with his estimated arrival time, which was within the timeframe given when I made the appointment. Rem was very thorough with my plumbing problem, rechecking for leaks at several points during the repair. He was courteous, personable and very professional. Rem was also very honest and fair with my bill, not charging for his travel/shopping time and offered me a senior discount, which was much appreciated! I will definitely call SuperDrain for my next plumbing problem.

These are the BEST in Town you will get. We had a frustrating incident in our plumbing, That needed professionals right away. We had the pleasure of having Steven & Noah to come and assist us. The workers were extremely helpful & got to the issue fixed. They do have the Best prices in Stockton. Robin was also was very pleasant to speak to over the phone. I have peace of mind again. This was a learning curve for me . Listen to the process and the best approach. We had a 79 year old sewer stack with 3 T’s cast iron. The one in the middle had corrosion leak( hole). That was cut out repaired with newer materials, Also the Hydro Jetter was used for clearing clean our sewer main, it was backed-up, And necessary. For our particular problem. Im so pleased everything is flowing again.😃Thank you Steven.

Toilet wasn’t flushing & water was backing up into the bathtub! Called Superdrain Plumbing, as we have had a good experience with them in the past. Everything was handled in professional, timely manner. Starting with dispatch, & ending with service call. They promptly diagnosed the problem as a city issue. They called them out for me & didn’t charge me for their time! I highly recommend them! I know I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs!
