Technician came out today and did a great job pumping my tank. The experience itself was not great. On their website they say 149 septic pump special with a 49 dollars fee. My tank isn’t having any issue, isn’t over full nor am I experiencing any issues. Yet he technician told me that my price would be 468 dollars. I would have paid that if I had known that was the price from the begging. Metro septic pumping you have to do better. He was telling me there was grease in my line, but that’s not true I get my tank pumped every 3 years. Will I use them again? I’m not sure. The service wasn’t bad but they ripped me off today. I wast prepared to get cheated and I’m thinking about reporting them to the BBB.

Very happy with the prompt, professional service received from Septic Blue! Was given an estimate once on-site. The final total was less than the estimate. I will definitely use again.

Actual charges to pump 1500 gallon septic was about double for what was quoted. There was no extras like digging either. It is like there is a disconnect between the field and office. Also, had to be rescheduled twice and they were late in the 2nd reschedule due to their equipment issues. I will not use this company anymore.

Dishonest!!!!! We called to request for our septic tank to get pumped. A tech named Dallas Cooper was dispatched and came. He probed for the tank and informed us he has to dig 3 feet down using a machine to access the tank and just to do that he will charge $252 and once he opens the tank, he will then let us know how much it would be to pump it out. It was total garbage and one big fat lie!!!! We obviously declined his service and got another company next day who did you was able to easily access cover as it was very shallow. The second contractor was able to access it easily by barely moving some dirt with a shovel !!!! Please stay AWAY!!!! Special if Dallas Cooper shows up for the service call!!!!!

Septic Blue drained my septic tank Sunday August 8 2021. Andrew Weinberg was the technician. Andy was very knowledgeable very professional very courteous and was very helpful in explaining what we needed. He was a very patient technician who took the time to explain his job and the cost of the service. Andy was a very friendly guy who made my family feel respected. My grandson was present doing the service Andy rendered. Andy took the time to explain to him how his work was done. We felt like a friend was with us. We are sooo thankful that Septic Blue helped us today. And we thank Septic Blue for assigning Andy Weinberg to our home. The cost was fair and Andy explained it very clearly to us. Thank you SEPTIC BLUE AND Andy for a job well done
