2 leaky outdoor faucets were fixed in 30 minutes! ! Chris did my house when it was built over 24 years ago. No issues until the leaky faucets. Built to last! I would recommend them to anyone!

We would definitely turn to Hancock Plumbing for assistance any time. Chris communicated well, showed up today, got to the root of our issue with the upstairs bathroom, created an easy access panel for future issues, and was 100% transparent and trustworthy as well as very affordable. I deleted all other area plumbers information from my phone and only have their information saved to use from now on.

Hancock plumbing replaced my hot water tank yesterday and Chris handed me the statement. $520 for the tank and $980 for parts and labor. That seems excessive to me but the trend in Stillwater is to charge high labor costs. My advice, always get an estimate so you won’t be surprised like I was.

Last year, Hancock installed a hot water tank for me on the same day that I called. This year, they were able to come to my home within 30 minutes of my call and fixed my 9-year water pressure issue within minutes! They are very responsive, professional and great to work with!
