I was very impressed with WHN!! From the office staff to Aiden and his helper(who I didn’t get to meet) were very professional and easy to work with. Aiden and the staff took a very odd and un-accommadating situation(not up to current code) into a very very well done install. I was so impressed with Aiden!! He worked through a very challenging install with the confidence that calmed me down and gave me the reassurance I needed! 5++++++ If you need a new water heater especially in an older home, give them a call! ~~ Lyn

I appreciated 1) their willingness to talk through options over the phone proir to setting up service visit, 2) they didn’t have a cost for the service visit to confirm replacement was needed, 3) their same day immediate replacement of the water heater, 4) the install plumber’s willingness to take time to go over all of the post-installation details, and 5) they set up the plumbing for easier future water heater replacement.

Got my water heater replaced same day. They cleared out the old one, set everything up, and walked through everything with me. They were very friendly and helpful and took care of getting an inspector called, a warranty filed, everything. Huge relief after waking up to water all over the floor to end the day with everything buttoned up and taken care of!

From first call to the end of installation very professional . Upfront cost estimates never pushed equipment i dont need. Aiden and Brooks were very courteous and professional. They were knowledgeable and made sure to answer all my questions. Highly recommend water heaters now!!!
