JNR was prompt, courteous and reasonable. Their technician, Parke O’Leary showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and worked cleanly and efficiently for 4 hours removing a 20+ year old pump and then cleaning the location and installing and testing a new high quality basement toilet pump. Highly professional job.

We worked with JNR Plumbing on a recent pipe/sewer issue on our property. They were great to work with as well as very responsive and quick. We were able to communicate by phone, email or text, whichever was preferred which is nice. Our main POC/tech was Steve who was excellent. A great worker and made the unfortunate plumbing issue actually somewhat pleasant! He made everything clear from the process, timeline, payment, etc. We would definitely recommend JNR plumbing.

JNR plumbing has been very responsible in keeping me informed of the updated work on my interior piping for the water outflow from the sink and they always alert me of my water heater maintenance annually. Their professionalism in providing me a time frame for a date that I needed for the maintenance was very much appreciated. They are probably the most responsible company to deal with in all areas of communication and product support!

These guys are awesome and Parke did a great job. I called my regular plumber (who’s been my plumber for 8 years) and he was too backlogged. I filled out a web form for another place that never even called. These guys booked me an appointment from my web request right away and showed up EARLY the following day. Evaluated the job, explained every itemized cost, and actually ended up doing it for cheaper than quoted. Parke was fast and everything appears to be working perfectly. I will definitely use JNR again!
