Putnam Plumbing came through strong for me. I had had an issue with a soft-water leak that had ruined the area around our water heaters. After working with their team (mostly Jenn), they addressed the concern and had everything taken care of as though it was warranty work. Thanks to Putnam and their collaboration to get this done.

Kelby and his crews have installed all of the plumbing on over 100 new construction homes for me. They have also serviced those homes for any needed maintenance or repairs for several years now. They are a great company. They are well trained and have plenty of knowledge and experience to tackle any plumbing need. I’ve always found their prices to be very fair and reasonable.

I bought a home with a very old, stained and cracked kitchen sink. Asked around and found Putnam Plumbing. They answered all my questions and promptly made an appointment. So in just a few days, yes I said days, I have a new kitchen sink and disposal. I say “Call Putnam Plumbing” and ask for Jacob.

They charged us $510 as our toilet was backing up into our shower. They said in a year we might have to have it done or use a jetter to clean out the line. After they left the toilet started leaking at the bottom, a few weeks later same problem again backing up into the shower, so called them out again and they weren’t on time, called again, they came and knocked on the glass door and I thought it would break, then they said there was no warranty, we needed to get it jetted, my husband asked if they could snake it, they said “no”. I never seen a business so rude. Never recommend them unless u want to throw ur money away. My husband and son pulled the toilet.off and they never cleaned the area before they.put the wax ring on, they just stuck it.on and caulked. Obviously they dont know what they are doing. Poor quality, not.on time. No call they are running late, not professional, the service is not worth it.
