On April 18, 2024, Jayden cam to perform my semiannual HVAC maintenance. He discovered that additional work needed to be done on the blower to ensure reliable A/C over the summer. Today, June 12, 2024, Ethan came to work on the blower. He completed the task efficiently, with excellent skill and professionalism. I have worked with DeLong since 2007, and have always received excellent service; today was no exception. I am grateful to be their client.

So far so good. These guys have not yet done me wrong. Used them a couple of times and they have always done excellent work. Honest and the tradesmen they have sent out have been very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. I have confidence in them so far.

I called and someone came out. Said they couldnt get machine to go the rigt directiion. He didnt have a machine longer than 20 ft. He said i needed all kinds of work and he would have to have supervisor look it over. Never heard a word until I called next morning. They said a supervisor would be out before 9. He came walked around my yard and left. I had to call to see what was goin on. They said he would email me an estimate. I had to call several times to get that ball rolling. I know nothing abiut what they want to do because they werent willing to explain. Ive been without water 4 days now. I hope they dont treat all their customers this way. Is it normal to charge you ans not give u servuce. The office saud id have to take that ip with the technician. Ive worked in customer service fir over 30 years. This place really needs work on a customer service level. Still have drain widevopen and they have no intention of making good. I paid 225 for them so far to just come and do nothing. Very dissatisfied customer.
