A realtor hired this “business” to inspect our septic tank, as our house was on the market. When we received the report that “septic failed” we were devastated first because we knew it was wrong and second, it was defamation of our house’s reputation. When one states a negative opinion in a small neighborhood it spreads everywhere. As we looked at the details in the report, they had written that the tank was “on the east side of the house, and to (sic) small.” We paid for a different company, in business for 50 years, to give us their report. The gentlemen probed in all directions, had us flush and run water. They stated it was “triple A” perfect and the second largest they had ever seen! The lid was still sealed, so to their knowledge, it had not been inspected. I do not want to cast aspersions where it is not warranted, but this fallacy of a report is the result of either a person off the street with no knowledge of directions or septic services, OR a company seeking a way to benefit monetarily buy selling a new system. ($8,000) Again, I want to be fair, so please check reviews or the BBB prior to paying for a service. If you know their report is incorrect, pay for a second opinion. The most difficult part of a fallacy report is the defamation, once a reputation is sullied how can you repair that?

After 3.24 inches of rain over 3 days, Illini spetic was here bright and early day 4 to fail our drainfield. Sorry buyer! I recommend these guys if you are trying to convince your fiance into making the property a rental. I gave them 2 stars because the guy atleast knocked and said hello, I would too if I arrived without warning (guns hurt). “He seemed concerned”, the only thing that concerns me in this world is your incompetence. It was a Sunday and we came home to sewage in my basement. We called Illini and someone came over and looked at the lines and determined it was a city issue, but since living in Jerome we couldn’t get ahold of the water main district because they didn’t have after hours numbers. The worker was able to help us and get someone from the district to our house and fix the issue! Would hire them again!

Took them over a year to “finish”, every time I called to find out when they were coming out, they’d have an excuse of we forgot about you or thought you hired someone else to finish. First off why would anyone hire someone else to complete a job another company was paid to do

They didnt complete the job. We bought a house and had the septic system inspected. Found it needed replaced. Illini did the replacement but never completed the backfill of the system. After we moved in I called to have this done and was told they dont do that. I had to pay someone else $400 to have this done. Bad service.

Going to try to make a long story short. The alarm for my septic alarmed on Sunday. Called them on Monday. Told them alarmed and need tank pumped and checked. They arrived Wednesday. Didn’t have any questions for me so i told them to knock on back door if any problems. They pumped the tank and said needed to go get some tape and they would be done. They finished the job and left. No other communication from workers. When bill arrived…$175 for the pumping and $395 for a new pump that i had no idea they were changing out. Never told me the pump was bad. Never told me why the alarm sounded. Did they go get the most expensive pump they could find? What pump did they install? How much did they inflate the price of the pump? I don’t know.
